Forest Yoga and Hike to Konttainen (2 hrs)
While hiking you hear stories from the arctic nature. On top there is a perfect spot to enjoy the landscape and concentrate for a while to yoga. Gentle, peaceful, body-stretching yoga poses combined to the benefits of nature. We do poses mainly standing up and use trees and rocks for support.
Forest yoga suits everybody and no previous experience is needed. After yoga we just breathe, enjoy the nature around us and drink some bilberry juice.
Solo yogis, choose rate: Solo traveler or ask if we can find you a group at a standard rate.

Ruka and Kuusamo are known for their ski slopes and cross-country skiing trails which pamper the winter enthusiast and of the powerful and pure nature. The ski season lasts for more than half of the year and in Ruka there’s a lot of snow. The gems of Ruka area include the Oulanka National Park, Ruka Ski Resort, countless activities from husky rides to bear watching excursions and fishing in Lake Pyhäjärvi. Kuusamo has its own airport.
