Welcome to visit us!

EMMA is Finland’s largest art museum, with gallery space covering a total area of over 5500 square meters. EMMA's collections and exhibitions focus on Finnish and international modernism, contemporary art and design. EMMA hosts 8-10 exhibitions annually, accompanied by an extensive and varied line-up of other events.

EMMA collaborates closely with two leading Finnish art foundations, the Saastamoinen Foundation and the Tapio Wirkkala Rut Bryk Foundation. EMMA offers unique, previously unseen content by presenting their collections from surprising new angles. A curated pick of alternating works from the Saastamoinen Foundation is on permanent display at the museum, featuring the latest relevant names in Finnish and international contemporary art. The Tapio Wirkkala Rut Bryk Foundation Collection is on display in a special gallery called Visible Storage, where audiences are welcome to independently explore and discover classics of modern design.

KAMU is part of the Espoo City Museum, which preserves, collects and displays the history of Espoo. The KAMU exhibition A Thousand Stories About Espoo tells stories about the city’s history from the Stone Age to the present day. Changing special exhibitions bring both international and local historical themes to WeeGee.

At KAMU, you can see, touch and try things for yourself!

The Finnish Toy Museum Hevosenkenkä is a toy and game museum. The permanent exhibition introduces visitors to the history of toys and games in Finland from the days of Russian rule in the late 19th century until the age of information in which we live now. The museum also organizes annual special exhibitions, collects toys and adds to its collections for the joy and learning of future generations. The Toy Museum Hevosenkenkä is a museum for the whole family where playing is allowed. There are numerous play areas such as the ever-popular slide.

The Finnish Museum of Horology is specialized in the history of time measuring, clocks and watches. The collection includes about 6000 watches from the 17th century to the present. The museum also has many tools and other material associated with the watchmaker’s occupation. The permanent exhibition takes you through the turning points of the horological history focusing on Finnish watchmaking handicraft. Globally renowned rarities as well as everyday watches are presented.
