Day Trip with Forest Yoga in Oulanka National Park

Combine forest yoga and hiking in the most beautiful nature scenery. All you need is suitable outdoor clothing.
Starting from the Oulanka visitor center we have our first stop at Kiutaköngäs rapids and then we continue deeper into the forest. When it feels like it, we put our backpacks down and concentrate in relaxing yoga for a while.

Gentle, peaceful, body-stretching yoga poses combined with the benefits of nature. We do poses mainly standing and use trees and rocks for support. Forest yoga suits everybody and no previous experience is needed.

Duration: 4 hours (including transfer), lenght: 5 km.

Group size: 1- 8. Activity will be normally arranged when a minimum of 2 adults are attending.

Kuusamo has its own airport.

Guiding in Oulanka National Park and forest yoga; wild berry juice; Pick-up from Ruka Village / max 5 km from Ruka Village
Pick-up is included, but if you do not need it, we'll meet at the meeting point in Oulanka Visitor Center 30 min after the starting time of the program.
Traveling in the destination area is not completely unobstructed depending on reduced mobility or other disability. Please contact our customer care if needed and read more.
Clothing and shoes which are suitable for current weather and allow movement. Water bottle. Gloves and seat pad are comfortable if weather is cool or rainy.
